Content and Quality 2018
The responses from delegates about the quality of the content at the Conferences is high and increasing:

- Coverage of topics: 88% up 3%

The delegate profile is changing, with the gender gap closing and younger attendees joining:
- Male/Female split is 80/20

In 2018 year we undertook direct communications to members and those in or interested in the financial services industry, which were supported by media, social media and other communications from the FSC and WSNZ. Word of mouth was again the primary way in which delegates heard about the conference, with the website a close second.
In 2019 we have expanded our database and are growing reach through media and social media so we can let more people know about the conference and increase the number of attendees.
