A warm welcome to Towards Wellbeing, the theme for the 2019 Financial Service Council and Workplace Savings NZ Conference on the 11 and 12 September 2019 in Auckland. The conference is fast earning the reputation as one of the flagship conferences of the Financial Services Sector in New Zealand, known for leading edge content and speakers and provoking debates around the key issues affecting the sector.
 

The Claims and Underwriting conference sessions have been closely developed with LADUCA to provide targeted and relevant content to those in the profession. 9.00am Main Platform Debates
Head into the main platform for the morning to hear from New Zealand's politicians, regulators and industry leaders debate wellbeing, conduct and culture - see the full programme here. This includes morning tea, the chance to meet tech alley and sponsors and lunch.


2.00pm Are the robots taking over?
A delve into AI, robotics and big data and how they are affecting the claims and underwriting process. Join our panel of experts to debate the issues facing the sector.


3.00pm Genomics
Join genomics expert Dr Robert Young, Associate Professor at the University of Auckland to discuss the key advances in genetics and insurance. This session will be followed by afternoon tea.


4.20pm Re-join the Main Platform Debates
Hear from Kendall Flutey, the Young New Zealander of the Year and founder of Banqer, followed by a wrap up of the day.
